- Despatch – products are normally dispatched within 28 days from receipt of an order.
- Postage and packing – free to anywhere in the UK. I don't currently supply outside the UK.
- Delivery service – I use the Royal Mail Standard Parcels delivery service which takes between 3 and 5 working days from date of posting.
- Supply areas – some companies ask for additional payment to some of the more outlying areas of the UK – I don't. To make it perfectly clear, I list below all the areas to which delivery is free –
- All of England and Wales
- Scotland – including the Highlands, and the Hebridean, Orkney and Shetland Islands.
- Northern Ireland
- Isle of Man
- Isles of Scilly
- The Channel Islands
