Cartwright Woodcraft - Information About Printing an Order Form

Print order form and post with credit / debit card number or cheque

If you prefer to order by post you have the option of paying by credit / debit card or by cheque.
Select the Payment options tab on the order form page
Click on the printer icon.
Select the Print order button, and print out your order. The form will be pre-printed with your order and address details. All you need to do is decide whether to pay by credit / debit card or cheque and complete the details as appropriate.
Cheques won't be presented for payment until five working days before dispatch of your order.
I will confirm receipt of your order by email, and subsequently tell you when it has been dispatched.
