- Security – if you pay online by credit or debit card your card details are collected, on my behalf, on a secure server provided by WorldPay, who are owned by The Royal Bank of Scotland. Your card details are encrypted during the transaction and only the bank sees them.
- Confidentiallity – your contact details, that you give when placing an order, are treated as strictly confidential and are not passed to others. I'll only use the information that I collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998). In short your details are used purely to complete your order.
- Your email address is used only: -
- To confirm your order and, if paying by credit or debit card online, act as a receipt.
- To contact you if there is a query with your order.
- To inform you when your order has been dispatched.
- I don't use 'cookies' to track your site visits.
- The information I hold (from your order details) will be accurate and up to date. You can check the information that I hold about you by emailing me at the address below. If you find any inaccuracies I will delete or correct it promptly.
