- Delivery –
UK delivery cost is included in all prices and your order will normally be dispatched within 28 days of receipt – select the

- Exclusions –
The lamp shades shown with the table lamps, and the flowers shown with the wooden vases, are for display purposes only.

- Damaged or faulty goods –
If an item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing fault I will replace it or refund your money in full – whichever you prefer. If damaged in transit please inform me by email as soon as possible (certainly within 7 days), so that I can inform the carrier. Please retain the original packaging for at least seven days. Should you need to return an item it would be difficult for you to obtain the necessary heavy-duty packaging required by the carrier.
- Cancellation of order – You have the right to cancel your order without giving any reason. The cancellation period starts the day after you receive the goods and lasts for seven working days. Please inform me by email within this period if you wish to cancel. The original purchase price will be refunded in full within 30 days of the cancellation date. The goods should be returned in their original packaging. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods. If you were unable to return them I would arrange collection and deduct the cost from the refund amount due to you.
- Complaints –
If you have a complaint I will endeavour to respond to it within five working days. It will be promptly dealt with and you will be kept informed of its resolution by email.
