Most designs are available in a variety of real British hardwoods – oak, ash and sycamore.

Some designs are geometric in shape, for example the Flower wall clock, whilst others, such as the Butterfly clock, are based on natural forms.

Larger than the average wall clock – about 38cm (15 inches) in diameter – this is about one and a half times the size of a dinner plate.

Three dimensional shape – each clock is made from twelve accurately cut pieces of hardwood, to form a shallow cone shape, with the hands sweeping back to the edges of the clock.

A modern high-strength woodworking adhesive is used in the construction of each wall clock. The makers state that this is stronger than the wood itself.

Finished with special organic oils to enhance the natural beauty of the wood. Unlike some other finishes it can't be chipped. The oil soaks into the wood, sealing it against dust and moisture. Special driers in the oil ensure that the finish dries completely.
